Krazy Kup

In April of 2015, I took a year from school to start my own business in Brownsville, Texas. Krazy Kup was a snack store that brought a new food concept to South Texas. It went very well.

 

I was responsible for all day-to-day operations, marketing, payroll and employee management.

Our primary form of marketing came through our social media platforms. We were able to rack up a large following in a short amount of time.

Management

As the owner, I oversaw 25 different employees, two stores, balanced the books, maintained relationships with providers, and ran the marketing campaigns.

 

In only two months after opening each of the stores, I was able to have a complete return on my investment.

 

We decided to close the store an open it seasonally in order to reduce medium run costs.
